Radio Africa started in 2012 as an experiment, a monthly podcast in scannerFM, and in 2015 it turned into an online magazine that nowadays is a radio show at betevé.
The aim of this project is to bring to the audience contents that doesn't exist in other platforms, whether due for lack of interest or mere ignorance.
The radio show is broadcasted by betevé through 91.0 FM, where its director and host Mrs. Safura (Tania Adam) brings to listeners the music and thought of the African continent and its diaspora through interviews and dj sets.
Radio Africa won the Premio para la Diversidad Audiovisual ( Audiovisual Diversity Price) in radio in 2018.
